Mental Health First Aid course; 2-Day intensive course that covers content created by Mental Health First Aid Australia. This course will give you the skills and knowledge on how to approach a mental health conversation with someone you believe might benefit from it. You will learn about mental health disorders, signs, symptoms and interventions.
